Rules & Regulations:
- Above rate is per person in double cabin, commissionable on basic fare on selected sailing in Euro and may vary based on availability at time of reservation.
- Quotation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Passengers must hold full passports that are valid for the duration of the cruise and must be valid for 6 months after your return date. The company is not responsible for obtaining visas for any passenger; this is the responsibility of the individual passenger.
- Children policy: Infants less than 6 months are not allowed on board MSC vessels for all our canvas. Children under 13 years old pays only port taxes sharing the cabin with two adults, subject to availability of family cabins at time of booking,
- Cabin occupancy: Cabins can be occupied by maximum 4 passengers subject to availability at time of booking; single rate cabins are same as double (100% single supplement)
- Name change: For Changing names of passengers provided for a certain booking, Client will be charged Euro 25 per name.
- Booking Fees: The amount of Euro 30 per person is considered non refundable once booking is confirmed.
- Option date is 48 hours from time of booking unless otherwise advised.
- Inclusions: Accommodation in the category you have selected, all meals on board ship including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, a well planned program of activities during sea days and a wide variety of evening entertainment, Captain’s welcome party and gala evening with special gala dinner, library, use of gym and fitness equipment and port charges.
- Exclusions: Shore excursions, transfers, gratuities, beauty center& spa (personal treatments and services) beverages and alcoholic drinks, travel and cancellation protection insurance.
- Deposit: The deposit amount is determined according to the cancellation policy at the time of confirmation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the ship’s departure. Passport copies should be sent at time of confirmation.
- Embarkation ticket: Client will receive his embarkation ticket one week before embarkation
- Cabin number: Cabin numbers are assigned one week prior departure.
- Cancellation prior to embarkation: 90- 76 days before departure- 10%, 75 to 61 days before departure 25% of price, 60 to 31 days before departure 50% of price, 30 to 16 days before departure 75% of price , 15 days before departure 100% of price
- Service charge: On board services are offered to MSC guests are subject to the modest service charge which will be billed to the guest account. This payment will only be requested at the end of the cruise & will depend on the number of days services were actually provided.
The amount of service charge is fixed & cannot be altered; Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Antilles & Canary Islands
Cruises are charged Euro 8.5 /day/per adult for 8 days cruise. Children between 3-13 years old will pay Euro 4.25 / day
In case of Caribbean cruise adults from 13 years old and up will pay Euro 9 / day, Children between 3-12 will pay Euro 4.5 / day.
- Required visa: Multiple Schenghen visa is required for all MSC Cruises itineraries, and if the itinerary includes Casablanca guest should apply for Moroccan visa beside the multiple Schenghen visa, concerning Tunis & St. Petersburg guests should buy a shore excursion onboard so he can leave the ship.
Important: Offer is subject to availability at the time of booking. Passengers must hold full passports that are valid for the duration of the cruise and must be valid for 6 months after your return date. The company is not responsible for obtaining visas for any passenger; this is the responsibility of the individual passenger.
